No idea how this works. But it works.

Registered a service endpoint via the CRM Plugin Registration Tool.
Set the endpoint to be an Azure Service Bus Queue.
Set the message to be sent as JSON.
Message is sent once an entity (account in this case) is created.
I am VERY aware this is Proof of Concept code which can be seriously improved.

Below code takes the data from the queue, does something, creates a record in CRM. This was my 30th atempt of trying to get this to work so my brain can’t explain much.
